Q: My license key does not appear in the order confirmation email I received. Where do I find it?
A: Within your order confirmation email, click on the View your order box. The license key will be displayed.
Q: I did not receive an order confirmation email about my purchase. Where do I find it?
A: If you completed a purchase, but did not receive order confirmation, check your Junk/Spam folder for the mail. If it still cannot be found, click the Customer Support link and complete the short support form.
Q: I dropped the course that required the simulation game. How do I get my money back?

Q: Why does the Sales Management Game not allow me assign the salesperson I just hired to a territory?
A: To be able to assign a salesperson to a specific territory, you first have to select the territory structure for your department (i.e. product territories, customer segment territories, geographic territories). To do this go to the Planning menu option and then select Sales Management Plan from the drop-down box.
